Humbel No. 8 Gelbm�stler Fruchtbrand

For three generations, the Humbel specialty distillery in Switzerland has been producing a variety of fruit distillates and clear spirits. One of their notable offerings is pear brandy, which is made from the Gelbm�stler variety. This particular pear variety was initially cultivated in St. Gallen and has since become popular in other regions of Switzerland since the 1800s. The pear brandy is distilled following the Bio Suisse guidelines, and as a result, it proudly carries the bud label. It possesses a distinctive and complex aroma with prominent fruity notes.
