This is the Humbel No. 21 Yellow Williams brandy from the Humbel specialty distillery in Switzerland. It is created using the finest locally sourced pears, accompanied by a touch of honey and mint for added refinement. The pears undergo a meticulous process of mashing and distilling by experienced distillers. Subsequently, the brandy is adjusted to a drinkable 43% Vol. with pure water. Finally, it is bottled in a simplistic 500ml design. The aroma unveils an exceptional pear scent, while the taste reveals a rich, multi-layered fruit flavor of yellow Williams pears infused with honey and fresh mint. The finish is lengthy and comforting, accented by a touch of fennel.
