New World Aged Apple Brandy

Westford Hill is a newly established distillery in the United States that focuses on producing high-quality products in small quantities. They utilize a unique process where they distill each of their 8 apple varieties individually in small pot stills. These distillates are then aged for 8 years in French oak barrels before being combined and further rested. In addition to their apple-based spirits, Westford Hill also crafts exceptional Eau de Vies. Their aging process in French oak barrels imparts beautiful color resembling burnished Russian Gold with a slight yellow hue, similar to aged cognac. The aroma offers subtle apple notes accompanied by hints of oak, pepper, leather, and tobacco, resulting in a truly intricate and refined profile. The French oak contributes lingering flavors of tobacco, char, and leather. The finish is long-lasting and thoroughly enjoyable.
