Calvados apple brandy is created using a selection of 120 specific apple varieties exclusively found in the Normandy region of France. The cornerstone of Pere Magloire's range of calvados is the XO, which sets itself apart with its impeccable balance between the fruity apple notes and aromatic qualities. The XO is aged for a minimum of ten years, resulting in a rich, full-bodied drink with a lingering finish.
