Only perfect, beautiful apricots are used in the fermentation process to create the mash for this brandy. The distillation process involves continuous distillation columns and stills using fresh apricots. Surprisingly, the aroma has a strong presence of fresh peaches at the start, but then the rich taste of ripe apricots takes over the palate. When it comes to taste, this brandy doesn't have any harsh alcoholic flavors. The master distillers have poured all their expertise and skills into creating the Psenner apricot brandy, ensuring that only flawless, exquisite apricots are used in the mash, which is carefully fermented. The brandy is made by distilling fresh apricots using continuous distillation columns and stills. The aroma is unexpectedly captivating, with a distinct essence of fresh peaches at the beginning, followed by a full-bodied flavor of ripe apricots on the palate. There is no trace of sharpness from the alcohol in terms of taste.
