R. Jel�nek Bohemian Apricot Brandy

The R. Jelinek distillery has been producing a classic product for over a century. We take pride in sourcing local apricots from our own orchards in the southern part of the Czech Republic, which is renowned for its fruit and wine regions. Our master distillers follow the founder's traditional method of distillation, using three different kettles in a triple distillation process. Our apricot brandy is made by distilling ripe apricot mash in three stages, with the pits present throughout the aging process, imparting their tannins and characteristic flavor. The entire production process is completed with a minimum of one year of aging, allowing the aroma and flavor to harmonize. The resulting taste is as smooth and fruity as the apricots themselves.
