Roner Obstler

The Roner Obstler is matured for a year in stainless steel containers, where the fruity Obstler made from ripe South Tyrolean apples develops its own distinctive flavors without being significantly influenced by the container itself. The apples used for making Roner Obstler are cultivated in the lower part of the Adige Valley and are subjected to a double distillation using the traditional bubble method at Roner. This process draws out all the rich aroma from the apples, resulting in a mild fruit brandy that truly captures the full flavor of ripe apples. It is recommended to serve Roner Obstler at a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. For many years, Roner's Obstler has been a well-established choice for a digestif.
