Roner Williams Luisa

The Roner distillery produces the traditional phases of distillation using valuable ingredients, an obsession with perfection, and extensive experience spanning three generations. This contemporary specialty brand is made by distilling carefully chosen Williams-Christ pears from South Tyrol and then aging them for one year in stainless steel containers. The fermentation process is continuously monitored by seasoned distillers, and even the basic ingredients undergo repeated checks to ensure their high quality. The powerful aroma of the Luisa variant from the Williamsbrand is already very fruity and highlights the sweet and pure flavor of ripe Williams-Christ pears. This brand pairs excellently with strong and slightly spicy cheeses like Gorgonzola. Traditionally enjoyed as an aperitif, it is also suitable for creating cocktails. The Roner distillery was established in 1946 by Gottfried Roner in Tramin on the Wine Route and remains under the management of his successors. Since its establishment, the brand's name has become synonymous with top-notch quality and unadulterated flavor.
