Scheibel Premium Badischer Obstbrand

The Scheibel Obstbrand is a high-quality brandy made from apples grown in Baden's orchards, giving it a rich fruity aroma. It also includes Williams Christ pears to enhance the flavor. The Black Forest Distillery Scheibel offers this excellent fruit brandy in a 700ml bottle with a 40% alcohol content. When you smell it, you can detect a fresh and fruity scent dominated by ripe apples and hints of Williams Christ pears. On the palate, it is smooth and has a classic taste, with fruity notes complemented by ripe apples and a touch of vanilla. The master distiller's careful selection of fruits is evident in the finish, where the apple and pear flavors blend harmoniously. To fully appreciate the Badischer Obstbrand, the Scheibel Distillery suggests serving it at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius, slightly chilled to allow the aromas to develop. In Kappelrodeck, the Scheibel Distillery operates two stills, with plans to introduce a third exclusively for whisky production. The Scheibel Premium Obstbrand featured here is distilled using the "neue Zeit" plant, a modern system developed specifically for the distillery to ensure top-quality fruit brandy. At the end of the distillation process, the distillate passes through 22-carat gold, which is believed to have a positive impact on the taste.
