Sidetrack Raspberry Eau De Vie Brandy

Sidetrack Distillery is dedicated to maintaining a long-standing tradition of creating exceptional cordials, specialty spirits, and brandies using locally sourced ingredients from the northwest region. Their meticulous craftmanship involves distilling each batch in copper stills imported from Portugal, which takes approximately three months. Following this process, the spirits are then aged in stainless steel tanks, a departure from the typical oak barrels used for brandy production, resulting in a crystal-clear liquid that preserves the true essence of the fruit. This aligns perfectly with the distillery's emphasis on utilizing their own farm-grown raspberries, which are carefully ripened and infused into their artisan spirits. Known as Framboise or Eau de Vie, this delightful concoction possesses a lingering finish with a vibrant, authentic raspberry flavor.
