The distillers at SissiS have successfully captured the essence of 11 kilograms of fully ripened peaches in a gentle and natural way. They created a fruit distillate without any artificial additives, using only pure and ripe peaches. The peaches were carefully prepared, removing pits, skin, and stems, and turned into a pure fruit puree. The puree was then fermented with water and a flavorless yeast culture, and distilled under vacuum to preserve the natural fruit aromas. The resulting peach brandy was further refined in steel tanks and clay vessels before being blended with a peach spirit. SissiS Peach Frenzy can be enjoyed alone or mixed with carbonated beverages like tonic or Prosecco. In each liter of SissiS Peach Frenzy, the distillers have captured the fragrance of 11 kilograms of sun-ripened peaches using a delicate distillation method - it's the most peach flavor you can get. The distillate is perfect on its own but also makes a great base for refreshing summer cocktails.
