

Stone Barn Apple Brandy
We produce our brandies using a fruit-based process, where we first crush and ferment fruits like pears, apples, plums, and cherries. These fruits are then distilled to create our signature strong and dry brandies. Our collaboration with EZ Orchards in Salem involves a special blend of bittersweet apples that are naturally fermented and aged in Pommeau barrels for five years. Pommeau refers to a fortified apple spirit commonly found in Normandy. Our Oregon Apple Brandy undergoes a one-year aging process in Limousin French Oak barrels and is a combination of various apple varieties including Sonata, Granny Smith, Gala, Fuji, Criterion, and Golden Delicious. In our next aging process, we will incorporate the luscious Jonathans from EZ Orchards. This brandy has a warm and rich apple aroma and flavor that truly captures the essence of autumn.
