Ziegler Alter Apfel

The apple we use in our product originated from the Altes Land region located south of Hamburg. The area boasts ten million fruit trees, including some ancient types, which we utilize to produce our perfectly balanced Cuv�e. The Grafensteiner, Cox Orange, and Elstar varieties harmonize exceptionally well together. This combination adds depth and creates a more engaging experience. In terms of sensory aspects, our product is matured in wooden barrels. It possesses a strong and robust character, with a vibrant and concentrated body. The taste offers a delightful balance between juicy apple flavors and the subtle influence of wood.
