The Ziegler apple and pear fruit brandy is made using carefully selected apples and pears from Franconia's orchards. Rather than premium varieties, they use original sweet-sour fruits of different types. After being distilled and aged, the fruit brandy captures the essence of picking a fruit from a tree in a green meadow. It has a smooth and elegant finish, with a long and fruity taste, and a gentle and mild yet spirited strength. It possesses a highly aromatic, variety-typical fruity aroma, lightly floral with delicate scents, and a fresh fruity flavor. According to the Ziegler Distillery, this apple and pear fruit brandy can be enjoyed as a digestif or during meals, showcasing its qualities. It can also be paired with desserts that include corresponding fruits such as sorbets and fruit tarts. The recommended serving temperature for this fruit brandy is 18�C, and it has an alcohol content of 43%. To produce one 700 ml bottle of this Ziegler fruit brandy, 12 kg of orchard fruits are required.
