The brandy is made from the Dimyat and Ugni Blanc grape varieties. Ugni Blanc is a well-known white wine grape from Tuscany, Italy, and is also cultivated in the Cognac region of France. The fully ripe Ugni Blanc grapes give the brandy its intense and distinctive flavor. When combined with Dimyat, the brandy has a harmonious and balanced character. The distillates of Dimyat and Ugni Blanc are aged for five years in special oak barrels. After this, the cuvée is further aged for three months in larger storage barrels to achieve perfect balance.
