The Bokobsa family has been making kosher spirits for over 150 years. In the late 1800s, they created Boukha at their distillery in La Soukra, Tunisia, using exquisite Mediterranean figs. Ever since, the Bokobsa family has faithfully followed their original recipe, which involves distilling figs from Tunisia to produce Boukha Bokobsa, a delectable eau de vie with a rich blend of fig, raisin, cinnamon, and other intriguing flavors. It is also certified as kosher for Passover.
