Campo De Encanto Distillers Reserve Quebranta Pisco
Description
Campo de Encanto Distiller's Reserve Quebranta is a Peruvian pisco made by Campo de Encanto, a company founded in 2010 by industry professionals. This pisco is distilled from quebranta grapes which were the first grapevine planted in South America. It is made without additives or sugar and is distilled only once from sustainably harvested grapes. The grapes used in this single vineyard pisco come from Atalaya Vineyard and result in a pisco with light berry, cantaloupe, and floral flavors. There is also a sweet bubblegum-like flavor in the middle of the palate. It has a smooth finish with a moderate length and a fading melon-y taste.
