Camus VSOP Single Estate Cognac
Description
Camus has a history dating back to 1863, when Jean-Baptiste Camus formed a group of Cognac producers to ensure high-quality production known as La Grande Marque. In 1945, Camus was among the first Cognac houses to focus on the development of the Borderies growing region, where their family house is located. The Borderies VSOP Cognac exhibits aromas of honey, apple, and cinnamon, with hints of peach. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and offers flavors of vanilla, spice, and additional fruit. The color is a beautiful, consistent orange with amber highlights. The aroma is alluring, featuring notes of vanilla, orange zest, and subtle spices and florals. The texture is ample and rich, with a sturdy yet elegant structure and a gentle touch of woodiness. The finish is beautiful, long-lasting, well-balanced, and refreshingly crisp.
