The Chateau des Plassons VSP is a young Cognac produced by a small artisan house. It showcases their skill in creating exceptional eaux-de-vie. This Cognac is aged for 2 years in Limousin oak casks and is made from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the Bois Bois terroir. The vineyard, established in the 17th century, is situated in a picturesque limestone plateau, providing ideal conditions for producing high-quality Cognac. Crafted by the passionate Pannaud brothers, the Cognac undergoes a natural fermentation process and is distilled in century-old copper stills. The Cognac has a light golden color and a rich aroma of fresh and dried fruits, as well as floral notes. On the palate, the Cognac offers a balanced sweetness with dominant flavors of fresh fruit, reminiscent of citrus fruits. The finish is characterized by hints of honey and vanilla.
