This California grape brandy is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for four years and is distilled in small batches using copper pot stills, following the same traditional method from over 75 years ago. Anticipate a deep amber color and a nose and taste reminiscent of Bourbon, with notes of vanilla, cocoa, oak, and a subtle hint of dried fig. Diluting the brandy with water reduces its intensity and enhances the prominent vanilla flavor.
