Fundador Supremo 12 Years
Description
Fundador Supremo 12 is aged in barrels that have contained Pedro Ximenez for at least 12 years. These barrels have a long history, dating back to 1730, and have always been associated with the Domecq family. Despite its French origin, the Domecq lineage has deep roots in this region and is intertwined with the history of its wines and brandies. One of the most significant members of the Domecq family is Pedro Domecq Loustau, who is known for creating Fundador, the first Spanish brandy. Fundador was first produced in the 19th century and continues to be made today. Our brandy is fermented in American Oak barrels and infused with sherry wines, giving it a distinctive flavor that sets Fundador and Terry apart as the top-selling brandies. Both brands are integral to our identity and the tradition of winemaking. The color of Fundador Supremo 12 is a bright and luminous golden amber. It has subtle aromas of dried nuts, with hints of almonds and hazelnuts. The taste is warm and full, with a well-balanced and gently dry profile, along with notes of dried fruits and wood. The finish is pleasantly persistent and evokes memories of dried and roasted fruits.
