In Switzerland, the term Pflümli refers to any fruit brandy made from plums or prunes, and it is the second most popular stone fruit brandy after cherry. The aroma of the Pflümli includes hints of marzipan, bitter almond, plum compote, and ripe fruits, while its taste is described as full-bodied with sweet stone fruit flavors, ending with a nutty finish.
