Refund Policy
Overview
Panda Printables provides custom 3D printing, CAD design, and prototyping services. Due to the bespoke nature of most products and services, returns and refunds are limited as outlined below.
This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Most items produced by Panda Printables are made to order based on customer specifications.
❌ Returns & refunds are NOT accepted for:
Custom 3D printed items
Items printed from customer-supplied files
Bespoke or personalised products
Approved CAD design work once production has begun
This includes prints where the design has been approved by the customer prior to printing.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We will offer a replacement or refund if:
The item arrives damaged
The item is faulty due to a manufacturing error
The finished print does not match the agreed specification
Conditions:
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
Clear photos or evidence may be required
We reserve the right to inspect the issue before issuing a refund or replacement
Procedures
4. Digital Files & Design Services
CAD design work and digital files are non-refundable once work has started
Revisions are handled as agreed during the quotation stage
Responsibility for final design approval lies with the customer
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins
Once printing or design work has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
