2. Services

Panda Printables provides:

3D printing services

CAD design and consultation

Prototyping and product development

All services are provided based on customer-approved specifications.

 

3. Quotes & Orders

All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer

Quotes are valid for a limited time and may change if specifications change

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or work has commenced

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

By submitting files or requesting services, you confirm that:

You own or have permission to use any designs or files provided

Submitted designs do not infringe third-party intellectual property

You have reviewed and approved designs, dimensions, and specifications before printing

Panda Printables is not responsible for errors in customer-approved designs.

 

5. Design Approval

CAD previews, renders, or files must be approved by the customer before printing

Once approval is given, responsibility for design accuracy transfers to the customer

Changes requested after approval may incur additional costs

 

6. Pricing & Payment

Prices are agreed before work begins

Payment may be required upfront for custom work

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel work that violates laws or ethical standards

 

7. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees

Delays may occur due to print complexity, material availability, or technical issues

Panda Printables is not liable for delays beyond reasonable control

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before production begins

Once printing or design work has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund

Refunds and returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy

 

9. Intellectual Property

Customer-supplied designs remain the property of the customer

Designs created by Panda Printables remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing

We may display completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes unless requested otherwise in writing

10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

We are not responsible for misuse of printed parts

We are not liable for business interruption or loss of profit

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
